Kenny Moyes is a Licensed FIFA Players Agent and UEFA Licensed Match Agent with over 25 years of experience as Managing Director of Libero Sport & Education. He also specializes in organizing bespoke football pre-season tours and training camps across Europe and the United Kingdom for Premier League organizations

As a former academy player and NCAA Division I student-athlete, Spencer brings firsthand experience and deep operational knowledge to the process. His background spans FIFA Agency athlete representation and university partnerships, ensuring players are positioned for long-term academic and athletic success
