A one-year Master's degree in Scotland typically costs international students around £20,000 to £35,000 in tuition, depending on the university and degree program. Undergraduate tuition generally falls within a similar annual range. One of the major advantages for American students is that most Scottish Master's degrees take just one year to complete, compared with many two-year postgraduate programs in the US, which can significantly reduce the overall cost of your degree

Depending on the university and degree program, American students may be able to access US federal financial aid, university funding and scholarship opportunities to help with tuition and living costs in Scotland. Our team can help you identify relevant scholarship and funding opportunities as part of the university application process. Eligible students studying full-time at degree level can also work up to 20 hours per week during term time under the conditions of a UK Student visa
